MVR's published workflow
A finished surface starts with decisions below grade.
MVR's current process covers design, materials, scheduling, excavation, compaction, bedding, paver installation and joint finishing.
Select the stone
Choose paver type, colour and make. MVR's published process has clients pay material suppliers directly rather than through a materials markup.
Book the work
MVR publishes a no-deposit booking model and coordinates project timing with material deliveries and weather.
Install to the base
Excavation, compaction, aggregate lifts, bedding, paver placement, restraint, joint material and final activation are handled as a structured sequence.
Installation depth
The foundation is part of the sales conversation.
MVR explicitly publishes deeper minimums than common manufacturer guidance: 12 inches for walkways/patios and 18 inches for vehicular applications, with more depth recommended in newer developments.
Final excavation and engineering requirements can vary by property, soil, drainage, municipal requirements and project type. Confirm site-specific details directly with MVR.
Repair work
Not every failed surface needs a brand-new design.
MVR also publishes a repair workflow for existing interlocking: diagnose the problem, estimate the repair, schedule the work and relay or replace material as needed.
